We call upon the Senate to pass The Women’s Health Protection Act of 2021, also called H.R. 3755, which passed the House of Representatives in September of 2021.
The Jewish Center for Justice is helping to mobilize the Jewish community and other communities of faith in an effort to codify the right to reproductive choice into law. In recent years we have witnessed an unprecedented assault on Roe v. Wade from anti-choice state legislatures and governors as well as from a majority of Supreme Court justices. This is an urgent moment for reproductive freedom which is why we are urging the Senate to pass The Whole Women’s Health Protection Act of 2021. If passed into law, H.R. 3755 would:
- Establish a statutory right to abortion care across the country
- Protect the right to access abortion free from medically unnecessary restrictions and bans on abortion—including mandatory waiting periods, biased counseling, two-trip requirements, and mandatory ultrasounds
As a Jewish community, we respect and support the right to reproductive choice for all individuals. JCJ values the ideal that each and every individual has agency over their own body so long as those decisions do not harm public health. Restricting the right to choose and denying basic health care would force too many to seek unsafe abortions, causing great harm to those individuals and our society at large. We serve as a strong advocate and supporter of organizations that offer critical health services for reproductive rights.
Take ACTION by contacting your Senator to urge them to support this important piece of legislation.

Hello. My name is [YOUR NAME], and I am calling to urge Senator [NAME] to support The Women’s Health Protection Act of 2021, also called H.R. 3755, which passed the House of Representatives in September of 2021. As a member of the Jewish Center for Justice community, we know it is our moral obligation to ensure that all individuals, regardless of the state in which they live, are offered reproductive choice. As a country we have benefited from reproductive choice for nearly 50 years and we urge you to codify Roe into law to ensure that we never turn back the clock on fundamental rights.
