  • H.R. 4054 — Also known as the Trauma Support and Mental Health in Schools Reauthorization Act of 2023, this bill will authorize a grant program to help fund trauma and mental health programs in educational institutions,
  • H.R. 3331 — Also known as the Improving Mental Health and Wellness in Schools Act, this bill will integrate mental health promotion, education, and resources into existing school wellness policies.
  • H.R. 3228 — Also known as the Mental Health in Schools Excellence Program Act of 2023, this bill will establish the Mental Health in Schools Excellence Program to increase the recruitment and retention of school-based mental health services providers, and for other purposes.
