The Supreme Court’s ruling in National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) v. Federal Election Commission (FEC) raises important questions about campaign finance and the role money plays in our democratic process.

“Democracy depends on the belief that every voice matters. When campaign spending becomes increasingly concentrated among wealthy individuals, corporations, and political organizations, ordinary citizens may reasonably question whether their voices are being heard.”
